If you’re not delighted with your purchase, simply return any unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving the package for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. Please give us 5-7 business days to process your return. For refunds, it may take an additional 5 days for your refund to post to your account.

Return Shipping Process
To return your order, please include the original invoice and e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you a label. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
Remember the following for a successful return:
- All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Pomme Points are for one-time use and non-refundable. If you return an order, the Pomme Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the dollar value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total refund.
